In the Unspoiled and beautiful south coast of Crete, the company offers a 160,000 m². plot of land for sale with endless investment possibilities. The development of the property has already begun by obtaining all the necessary permits from the forestry and archaeological departments.
On the peninsula at the eastern end of the property construction has already begun for a 5 star traditional all Suites and Bungalows Hotel, consisting of stone built bungalows with private swimming pools.
Current status: 30 bungalows built with normal building permits, 30 more to be built along with the swimming pools and the common areas, as soon as the five star permit is issued.
On the western side of the property a study has been submitted for the construction of a private marina pending approval from the appropriate authorities.

a) In the west part of the plot:
Plot Area of 54,900 m² (plus 17,000 m². of “forest” area).
A maximum of 10,.985 m². of buildings can be constructed, plus basements and verandas. It can be a 5star hotel with about 370 beds. In front of this plot there is a large beach. Also there is a smaller beach suitable for the construction of a small marina. The initial permits for the marina construction have been obtained.
b) In the east part of the plot there is a beautiful peninsula entering the sea.
Plot Area of 50.106 m².
A maximum of 10021,2 m². of buildings can be constructed, plus basements and verandas. It could be a 5 star hotel with about 270 beds.
Currently a 4 star hotel is under development on this site. The permit is for 5,279 m². and 178 beds. The construction of about half of the buildings has been completed. Of course the current license can be upgraded to 5stars and the maximum building area mentioned above.
c) The middle part of the plot is 38.000 m² and a maximum of 7,600 m². of buildings can be constructed, plus basements and verandas. This part is situated amphitheatrically on the hill side. It is ideal for constructing a bungalow and suites hotel, in the style of “Santorini” houses. It will be a 5 star hotel with about 245 beds.
This part of the plot can very well act as an addition to each or both of the above plots.
HOTEL PONDA
Currently the project underway is to construct a 4 star hotel on a beautiful peninsula in the sea. The area of the plot is 50,106 m²
A maximum of 10,021.20 m² of buildings can be constructed, plus basements and verandas. A total capacity of 270 beds.
Currently the 4 star hotel under development on this site consists of:
The building permit is for 5,279 m² of buildings, plus basements and verandas.
A total of 60 houses bungalows with 178 beds. Including common areas, reception, shops and a restaurant.
The construction of about half of the buildings has been completed (30 houses–bungalows, shops). The already constructed dwellings vary from 25 m² bungalows (2-3 beds) to 75 m² apartments (4-5 beds).
The remaining construction includes 30 more houses–bungalows, the reception area, the restaurant and the swimming pools.
Also all the necessary permits have been obtained from the Forestry, Archeological and Tourist authorities.
The current license can be upgraded to 5 stars with the maximum building area and capacity mentioned above. This means an additional 4,745 m² and 92 beds.
